OIC, brave warrior, pig-keeper, wandered alone and lost in a strange land. Once it had been a place near and close to him, always near in thought and fact. But now great forces had swept over it in the night, transforming it to something unknown. Lo: the tags have been changed, now colourful and alien to his eyes. Lo: Strange 'bots' have swept over the landscape, changing and re-tagging and reformatting to suit the whims of the gods of this land.
Before the change, OIC had always been close to the gods. He had worshiped them freely and willingly, following them in thought and deed. But now they have changed. Where once they honored freedom, now they chain the land and the people on it, locking and barring that which was once unrestrained. It is tragic to OIC's eyes; and so the daemons and gods are dark to him, inscrutable.
He still sacrifices to them; but now he sacrifices in blood. Sometimes it works.
And sometimes the dark gods of Wikipedia take their toll from OIC's own flesh.

Internet slang has no place on a communally maintained encyclopedia!
Fair.
Not really. Wait, so does OIC refer to "oh i see" or to something else?
