The Isse-Landic Constitution

Still in effect today, the Isse-Landic constitution ensures the right to dictatorship to all members of the League of Desmond, regardless of ethnicity, sex or ability to lead.

I remember we tried to get signatures then, but I think we did the majority of it during lunches and brunches.

Hey, I think this baby needs some more amendments!

- Amendment III -

The legislative branch shall have power to declare war. They shall also be given the power to declare a state of emergency, through which the president gains emergency powers not unlike those given to Palpatine in Star Wars before becoming Emperor Palpatine. This includes the ability to wage war, supply and sustain the militia and regulate the economy.

If the membership does not exceed 20 members, the President shall have all of these powers, but must share them with the Minister/Secretary of Defense.

- Amendment IV -

An invasion of Bradford is a hostile act. Any nations or militant groups attempting to annex this land must and will be met with proportional force. The Minister/Secretary of Defense and the Minister/Secretary of State shall create and implement various disturbing yet harmless tactics to ward away any would-be invaders. This includes but is not limited to the use of singing, dancing, talking in foreign languages, talking with foreign accents, funny walking, tickling, and the occasional use of a usually docile pet, such as kitten and rabbit, that does something so out of the ordinary as to be fairly upsetting.

- Amendment V -

The League shall not recognize other Leagues as legitimate leagues until a friendly sit-down meeting including foods and drink shall be completed. This is null if any of the ministers/secretaries are absent.

-Amendment VI -

In order to take the fall for governmental officials' wrongdoings, authority may be passed to non-sentient beings or inanimate objects. In order to restore authority, a duel must be held against the non-sentient being or inanimate object. This stipulation does not mean that the pursuant attempting to regain power must win the duel, only that a duel must be held. If the pursuant dies in this duel, his corpse becomes the inanimate being in possession of the authority of the office. In addition, any within the league may participate in said duel, not only the person who originally possessed the authority.
