汚くて小さかった町には未来の一番お酒を売る人のニコラスがそろそろ生まれました。ああ！ニコラスはあそこでいます。ニコラスさんは、お酒を作る人になりたがりました。だけど、大体ちょっと下手だったから、決して大成功ではありませんでした。そして、悲しそうでした。魔法を作っている狐が来て、ニコラスにお酒の作る方を教えてあげました。ニコラスはたくさん練習しました。久しぶり、とても上手になりました。それから、うれしくなりました。でも、不思議な物の何かが出ました。

David provides this translation:
Nikolas, soon to be the top sake tycoon of tomorrow, was about to be born in a small, dirty town. Ah! There he is. Nikolas wanted to become a sake-maker. However, he was largely inept at it, and so he never achieved great success. And he seemed sad. So the magical Kitsune came, and taught Nikolas the way of making sake. Nikolas practiced a great deal. After a while, he became quite skilled at it. Then, he was happy. But, a mysterious something came out...
A mysterious something? I wonder how Nikolas will get out of this mess!
Nikolas prefers this translation:
Being dirty, future most Nikolaus of the person who sells the liquor was born gradually in small town. Well! Nikolaus there is. Nikolaus wished to become the person who makes the liquor. But because generally just a little it was unskillful, never it was not great success. And, sadly so was. The fox which makes magic coming, teaching the one which the liquor is made in Nikolaus. Nikolaus practiced many. Long separation, very it became skillful. Then, it became delightful. So, something of strange ones came out.
I like that one better as well.
