Murder: A Mystery

I am Nicholas, unit One of Three.

Unit Two was raised in Sweden, where he resided until his eighteenth year of age, with no knowledge of his other units - nor I of him.

And Unit Three -

Unit Three is dead.

This is his story, so much as it is mine.

Three clones - scattered around the world, deprived of any knowledge of the true circumstances of their births.

One is dead.

Now the survivors must find the killer - before he finds them.

March Twenty-Third: Stockholm, Sweden.

"Min gud - who are you? What are you doing in my house?"

"I'm your clone, Nicholas. And there's more - what's that?"

"Coming, along the road - nationella insatsstyrkan - the Feds! Why are they -?"

"No time to ask questions! Quick - come with me if you want to live!"

INTERPOL has become involved. Now there are arrest warrants issued for the surviving Nicholases, all over the world - on suspicion of Grand Terrorism. There is nowhere for them to hide, nowhere to run. Their only chance is to find the real killer and clear their names - before it is too late.

March Twenty-Sixth: Hong Kong, Chinese Special Economic Zone.

"Why have you come to see me?"

"Do you know... The Moray?"

"Shh! Don't say that so loudly! How do you know that name?"

"He is our - ah - progenitor. And he is trying to kill us."

The chase is finally over. Now it's all down to a final showdown in the burning, condemned bioweapons lab, as the military closes in. But will they be able to figure out the truth - before it's too late?

April First:
Livermore, California.

"Noooooooooooooooooo! Father! You weren't the murderer at all! I'm sorry, Father! So very sorry!"

"And now, my hapless clone brother - you will die!"

No.
